• Total area: about 17,000 m² (14,800 m² new build) with offices, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Eye-catchers: a mirror wall that reflects the inner courtyard, a lively ground floor with wooden façade fins, and a rooftop garden with terraces.
• Built with sustainability in mind: energy-efficient, with smart climate control and monitoring technology.
